Build and maintain good relationship
with clients and candidates through
the provision of highly professional
consultation and services
Collect and update industrial/market
information
Maintain and update client database
Train and coach Associate Consultants
and Researchers
Contribute to company brand and
profitability

Responsibilities:
Work
closely with Consultant for the
execution of search project
Assist consultant in developing
search strategy by analyzing and
comprehending the client background
and job description
Conduct industry/market research,
collection and analysis based on
the job profile
Identify suitable candidates through
various channels, handle initial
phone interviews and arrange face
to face interviews
Assist consultants in communicating
and coordinating with clients and
candidates
Collect and update industry/market
information
Maintain and update candidate database
Contribute to company brand and
profitability
